This comprehensive service is built to provide you with the tools you need to get your home ready to sell.
Designed to do it yourself or you can bundle it with another package and we will handle all the heavy lifting.
Includes:
Up to 3 hour design consultation at your home.
We will walk through your home and provide tips and suggestions for furniture layout, styling, decor, decluttering, organizing & basic paint/wallpaper suggestions.
A follow up action plan on all points discussed will be emailed after the meeting.
Phone & email support will be available to you after the initial consultation.
Occupied Home Staging
Home staging consultation required. If you add this service, staging consultation fee is reduced 50%
It is hard for a buyer to have an emotional connection to an empty house. With this service, we add the warmth and heart to make an empty house a home.
Includes:
Execution of the plan of action from the consultation.
Quote based on amount of rooms needing furnishings and decor.
We can stage the key rooms to keep costs down or do a full home staging.
Rental of furniture, decor & artwork.
Installation & supervision of furniture, decor & artwork.
Space touch ups- While the house is on the market, we will coordinate with you to stop by periodically to freshen the space & make sure it is presentation ready for open houses & showings.
De-staging- Pack up and remove all furniture, decor & artwork once the house has been sold.

This service offers creative solutions to staging your home while you still live in it. We understand that it is impossible to live in a showroom. We work with you to showcase your home to its fullest potential while still having a comfortable and functional space for you and your family to live.

Furniture layout using existing pieces in the home. Additional pieces can be rented or purchased for a fee.
Styling, rearranging, installing and decluttering with existing pieces in the home. Additional pieces can be rented or purchased for a fee.

Vacant Home Staging
Color Consultation
Not sure what colors appeal to the prospective buyers? This consultation will help you to choose the perfect colors to sell your home.
Not selling a home but still need help picking out the right color for your room? We can help!
Includes:
Consultation at your home for up to 2 rooms. We will review color options and preferences.
A color spec sheet with your custom color palette for you or your painter to easily reference. This will include paint brand, color name, swatch, type and paint location in the home.
Phone & email support will be available to you after the initial consultation.
Shopping Service
Home staging consultation required.
After our design consultation, there may be suggestions for new items to purchase. If you don’t have the time to shop, we can do it for you.
We will work with you to create a shopping budget you are comfortable with.
Packing Service
If you need help packing your home after selling or just packing up the items discussed for removal, we can help.
We will discuss with you the plans for your items & carefully pack & label each box following your requirements.
Packing materials to be provided by you or we can provide for an additional fee.
Holiday Decorating
Whether you want to use decorations you have or want us to provide, we will come up with a beautiful design plan.
No holiday is too small. We love decorating for all holidays!
